Timegoči · time tracker

A timesheet that doesn't nag you. You look after it.

Our own time-tracking tool, flipping the most annoying part of consulting work on its head. Instead of a form that keeps nagging you, you get a pet: log your hours and it thrives, forget and it withers.

The playfulness is no accident. In a field where everything is hard and serious, a little lightness turns a chore into a habit.

How it works

Three steps that take less than a minute a day.

01

Log your hours

A couple of clicks at the end of the day. No twenty-field form, no reminder emails.

02

The pet thrives

Log regularly and the pet stays in shape. Skip a few days and it starts to wither — you'll know before accounting does.

Sneak peek · work in progress

Logged hours grow a forest.

Your guide lives in a forest that grows as you log. The team has a shared forest and a shared milestone — plus missions and streaks that keep the rhythm.

Shared forest
The team sees shared growth and the next milestone. The motivation is collective, not a contest between people.
Missions and streaks
A focused week, a morning rhythm, hours spent with the team. Small goals that mean something beyond the timesheet.
Privacy is protected
The shared forest shows only a nickname, stage, mood and cosmetics. Never hours or performance — and you can hide from it any time.

Why it exists

Because everyone hates filling in timesheets — us included.

In a consulting firm, billing and planning both rest on logged time. It's also the least popular part of the day. We tried reminders, spreadsheets and rules — none of it stuck for long.

So we built something that works on a different principle: you don't have an obligation, you have someone to look after. That worked.

We're still testing it on ourselves.

Timegoči runs inside Cybrela. Once we've finished it, we'll open it up — let us know if you want to be among the first.
